Frequently Asked Questions
AssetWatch was created by Cody Ramsai, Cochair of the Rolf-Ramsai Group, to help protect the integrity of digital creations within the Roblox creator community. The service is managed and operated by the Rolf-Ramsai Group as part of its Asset Protection Division, which is dedicated to monitoring, reporting, and preventing unauthorized use of digital assets. Through AssetWatch, creators and community members can report stolen or misused assets, ensuring accountability while promoting ethical and legal standards in the Roblox environment.
You can anonymously report stolen assets through our Asset Reporting Portal (ARP).
All records have an expiration date and will be automatically removed once that date is reached. Level 1 and Level 2 records may be cleared after a review confirms that all unauthorized assets have been removed. Level 3 offenses can be appealed on a case-by-case basis, but removal is less likely. Every violation is reviewed through a detailed investigative process before an offense level is assigned. If you believe a mistake has been made, please reach out to us through our Discord server.
Your group is not being singled out.
AssetWatch acts only in response to reports of unauthorized use of digital assets and applies the same process to all groups and individuals. Using or distributing another creator’s work without permission is never acceptable, and there is no explanation that can make it okay. Finding an asset on the Toolbox does not grant you rights to use it. Leakers often upload unauthorized assets to the Toolbox in an attempt to bypass the original developer’s control. By using the asset, you are supporting the violation of someone else’s work. If your group has removed the unauthorized content and is still experiencing harassment or false claims, please reach out to our team so we can review the situation and provide assistance.
Harassing partners in experiences or on social platforms over AssetWatch moderation is unacceptable and subject to an automatic community alert.
